Our Interior Design Process
Programming
Identify the design problem and the client’s wants and needs for the interior space.
Concept development
Brainstorm design solutions; Designer will create schematic diagrams, concept sketches, & a concept statement for project.
Design development
Designer will create mood boards, FF&E boards, perspective drawings, & space planning diagrams to formulate the project design.
Execution
Once design is approved by client, it is time for design execution. Ordering all furniture, selecting all finish materials & styling items. Lastly, install day.
Our Services
New Construction Interior Design
We collaborate with clients and builders to select all finish selections as the house is being built.
This will include material selections of: flooring, paint color, trim detailing, cabinets, countertops, lighting, hardware, appliances, etc. In addition, we can also collaborate with the architect/builder to configure the best layout for space optimization and travel flow patterns. We will also work with the clients to help select all furnishes, window treatments and styling items.
Renovation/Remodel Interior Design
We collaborate with clients on the goals/needs for the renovation/remodel project. We establish the budget for the renovation and will get the necessary quotes from local contractors for completing the work. Home improvements can include: changes in wall paint, light fixtures, hardware, flooring etc.
Styling Interior Design
We will spruce up your space with new furniture and styling items and artwork/mirrors, through our art of creating visually appealing spaces. Styling includes any changes regarding furnishing selections. Designer will create design boards that include multiple options for each furnish selection. We will enhance the aesthetics and functionality of a room without altering core structure
Christmas Tree Design
Professionally designed Christmas Trees. We decorate Christmas trees with either existing decor or new decor that the designer will select. Pricing depends on the size of the tree and whether or not the client needs new decor. New decor is not included in the designer’s fee for decorating the tree.
College Dorm Design Boards
We create design boards for college students wanting to spruce up their dorm/apartment. We will provide links for all the selections provided, for an easy and stress free experience. This service is charged with a flat fee.
